Sparrow Early Learning Waterford Rise in Warragul caters for children aged 6 weeks up to 5 years, including our fully accredited, Government Kindergarten Program and our before & after school care program. Read more.

We recognise that constructive partnerships between parents & carers lie at the heart of quality care. Parents, carers & management must work together, sharing information and creating a program which is developed through productive, proactive teamwork. We encourage parents to come into the centre at any time to participate or simply to observe their children at play.

Whilst aiming to provide a service of excellence at all times, we acknowledge that our beliefs & philosophies will inevitably change as new insights are gained and practice is evaluated. We again further encourage all families to contribute to this ongoing process for greater quality of improvement.

Early childcare Education is not just a career for me but my passion, I want every child to have the opportunity to be the best version of themselves and to be supported on their journey by our team of dedicated Early childcare professionals.

I am a firm believer in It “taking a village to raise a child” and our lovely centre is part of this “village” giving every child that comes here a sense of belonging within our community.

I like many other families am new(ish) to this community having made the tree change from the city to our Farm 6 years ago where myself, my husband and daughter are enjoying the new adventures this has bought, embracing the wider community and all the opportunities it presents that we would not be able to experience in the city.

I have over 20 years experience in Early childhood education and care and find that each year I am always learning new things from the wonderful children and families that we have at our service

Enrolment process

Our early learning centre in Warragul promotes an open-door policy where families can visit and walk through the centre at any time during operational hours.

Once families have completed a tour, they will receive an enrolment pack with all necessary paperwork.

Once enrolled, the orientation process begins. The orientation process is an arrangement made between families and staff that supports the family’s needs.
