ABOUT OUR EARLY LEARNING SERVICE
Why choose our Service?
Our modern early learning Service boasts purpose-built indoor spaces and a large outdoor environment designed to spark a love of nature. We provide a fully equipped art studio, sandpits, a veggie garden and a sustainability program to teach children to care for the planet.
We proudly hold an “Exceeding” rating from the National Quality Standard.
You’ll never have to worry about packing lunches or snacks. Our in-house chef prepares healthy food children love to eat in our open-plan kitchen.
Our nursery rooms offer an environment that is warm, nurturing and rich in learning experiences. Our caring and qualified Educators love to play, read, rhyme, sing, clap and dance with the babies to enhance their development.
Toddlers are given ample opportunity to develop their social skills and self-confidence in their interactions with others, and to learn literacy and numeracy skills through real-life experiences.
Our government-approved kindergarten program is based on the national Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and taught by a qualified early childhood educator. With a focus on language, literacy, numeracy and social skills, it will ensure your child is ready for school and foster a love of learning that will last a lifetime.
We understand that parents don’t always have time for extracurricular activities, so we’ve organised specialised programs including Happy Feet Fitness, Pyjama Drama classes, and a music program.
Our daily updates and photos allow you to keep track of your child’s learning and development.
Our child care Service is fully air-conditioned and has on-site undercover parking.

My name is Thiyaga . I am the Service Manager for Sparrow Early Learning in West Leederville.
I have over 15 years’ experience in the Early Childhood and Education Sector. I have worked in all areas of the business and worked my way up to being a Service Manager .
Working with children had always been my passion. I have a young beautiful teenage daughter of my own. Therefore, I understand the importance of working together with families. I believe every child is unique. All children should be respected and acknowledge for their diversity and individuality in a safe and supportive environment. At our service we highly encourage family participation as we strongly believe parents playing a vital part as the first teachers in a child’s life.

My Goal as the service manager for the children attending our service is to support them with lifelong skills, within a warm , safe and a caring learning environment.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is having the opportunity to build strong relationships with the centre’s families and the wider community.

Once enrolled, the orientation process begins.
The orientation process is an arrangement made between families and staff that supports the family's needs.
