ABOUT OUR EARLY LEARNING SERVICE
At Sparrow Early Learning South Lake, we believe ourselves to be part of an extended family. Our committed Educators have worked together with families for many years forming trusted and valued bonds. We consider that educating and caring for young formative minds is a great privilege and we take pride in implementing and practicing programs and activities that are renowned as “Best Practice”.
As Educators, we focus on building and nurturing relationships with children that is based on trust, learning, warmth and a sense of safety and security. By nurturing each child’s individualism we see children’s ideas and confidence soar. Our educators continually strive to provide the children in our care the best start to life through play based early education. We implement the Early Years Learning Framework, which provides a program full of fun and activities, specifically designed for each age group. These programs accommodate each individual child’s strengths and interests whilst further developing their skills. We hope to prime children’s minds to learn by listening and inspiring them to be the best they can be. We allow them to be creative and have a say in what and how they learn. The educators respond to the children’s interests and give them the tools to discover answers for themselves.

WAITLIST & ENROLMENT PROCESS
We promote an open door policy where families can visit the centre at
any time during operational hours and are offered a walk through and
an overview of what we provide and offer as a centre.
Once families have completed a tour they will receive an enrolment pack with all necessary paperwork.
Once enrolled, the orientation process begins.
The orientation process is an arrangement made between families and staff that supports the family's needs.
