MEET OUR SERVICE MANAGER
Hello my name is Alysha (Lysh) and I have over 17 years of experience in early childhood education. I hold my Diploma in Children’s Services and I have been a Service Manager for nearly 4 years.
I started my career as a trainee after completing school work placement while in high school and have since worked in many roles throughout the years. My passion is making sure children, Staff and families feel Safe and secure while at the service.
Providing a service that feels like a home away from home is my greatest ambition. All children should feel their service is a place where they are free to be unique and know they are cared for. I believe in working with families. I welcome their feedback, sharing of ideas and encouraging their involvement for continual improvements at the service. I am also passionate about focusing on meeting the needs of our community and giving back and I believe that this is important for children to see.
I am a mother of a beautiful daughter and I enjoy watching the younger children’s faces light up when she walks into the room. Children's relationships shape the way they see the world and affect all areas of their development. Through relationships children learn about their world.

WAITLIST & ENROLMENT PROCESS
We promote an open door policy where families can visit the centre at
any time during operational hours and are offered a walk through and
an overview of what we provide and offer as a centre.
Once families have completed a tour they will receive an enrolment pack with all necessary paperwork.
Once enrolled, the orientation process begins.
The orientation process is an arrangement made between families and staff that supports the family's needs.
