MEET OUR SERVICE MANAGER
My name is Lisa and I have over 22 years of experience in early childhood education. I hold my Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services and I have been a Service Manager for 12 of those years. I moved to Brisbane from Cairns in 2014 to open and manage our beautiful centre. I absolutely love the community vibe and spirit that Eagleby has to offer families and am very proud to be apart of it.
Being a mother to 3 adult children and grandparent to 5 gorgeous grandchildren I am very passionate about children’s early learning and believe this is the best environment for children to start their early years journey. It is a time of great curiosity, learning and discovery. In my eyes, our role as Educators is to provide an environment that is valuable to fostering the development of children in our care. We recognise that all children are different, and we always strive to cater to the individual needs of both our children and their families.
My focus is to provide amazing, engaging play spaces providing children with learning experiences that stimulate their brain and imagination. We strive to ensure Sparrow Early Learning Eagleby is a place child want to come back to, their home away from home, time and time again.
On behalf of our dedicated team, we welcome your enquiries and look forward to sharing your children’s early learning journey with you.

WAITLIST & ENROLMENT PROCESS
We promote an open-door policy where families can visit the centre at any time during operational hours and are offered a walk through and an overview of what we provide and offer as a centre.
Once families have completed a tour they will receive an enrolment pack with all necessary paperwork.
Once enrolled, the orientation process begins.
The orientation process is an arrangement made between families and staff that supports the family’s needs.
