My name is Linda, I have been in the childcare industry since 2000 and I have been the Service Manager here at Sparrow Early Learning Dawesville since January 2015. I currently hold my Advance Diploma in Children’s Services along with my First Aid and Anaphylaxis.

I believe that children need the opportunity to explore and experience a variety of activities in a variety of environments. I will provide an environment that will encourage children to discover the joy of self-worth and self-accomplishment. Children will be free to select materials and activities that are designed by skilled carers within an environment that is safe, encourages discovery and problem solving. Each child is viewed as a unique individual and experiences will be planned to meet the needs of the child.

Our team is passionate about providing high quality childcare and education. They ensure that Sparrow Early Learning Dawesville is a warm, welcoming, secure environment, enhancing each child’s opportunity to learn and grow.

I believe that having a positive atmosphere within the centre and fair playing field gives the team the power and confidence to perform their duties and tasks to their best and beyond. With mentoring and a caring hand, the world opens up to a team striving for more. Happy team/calm relaxed atmosphere/happy content children.
