MEET OUR SERVICE MANAGER
Hi My Name is Charlene Robinson; I am the Service Manager at Sparrow Early learning Dawesville. Having started my Child care journey as a 17 year old junior, I moved back to Mandurah as an 18 year old when offered a traineeship. My passion and drive for the best outcomes for children began here. I have always been a passionate and enthusiastic Leader with a vision for success. After completing my Diploma I continued to work in a lead role, before long I was seeking more. I moved into retail management which although exciting wasn’t where my heart lay. With the arrival of my son, I knew it was time to return to the industry. Working in leadership roles building confident and supported teams was very important to me.
Now a mother of 2 beautiful children, we made the move from town to Wannanup 5 years ago, I absolutely love our life in the area. It has the community feel of a small town with the convenience of the city. Living the life, my family and I love to go exploring the beaches and camping. We are so very lucky to have this all at our door.
It is a privilege to be the Service Manager of a service located amongst this community. I am always up for a chat to learn more about the families in our service… you will often find me hands on in a room getting to know the children who are at the core of what we do.
