Our team of quality educators are joined by a Bachelor-qualified teacher to ensure that your child is always exposed to quality education in the form of our School Readiness Program aims to prepare them for Kindy and beyond. Our educational service is complemented by monthly visits to the library to encourage young readers and our external Happy Feet visits encourage fit and active lifestyles.

We provide monthly incursions with variety to keep our children informed and entertained. Our service has a sustainability program that includes chickens and we have a community room that community members can request to utilise.

We warmly welcome all families to contact or visit our Service for a tour, we look forward to seeing you!

MEET OUR SERVICE MANAGER

Hi, my name is Kayleigh and I am the Service Manager here at Jellybeans Charlottes Vineyard.

How long have you been working in early education?

I have been working in the early year’s sector for 4 years in Australia starting from an assistant educator working my way up towards management. In the UK I worked as a primary school teacher for 3 years.

What is your favourite part of working at the Service?

My favourite part about working at Jellybeans Charlottes Vineyards is meeting all the new families and getting to spend quality time getting to know your children and watching them learn and grow each day.

What qualifications do you hold?

I currently hold a Diploma in Children’s Learning and Development. My Qualifications were completed in the UK and were assessed by ACECQA. I also have a BA (Hons) in Primary Educator with Early Years.

What is your favourite inspirational quote?

“Teachers who love teaching, teach children to love learning”

What values are most important to you in your team members?

Teams members that show passion, enthusiasm and a willingness to grow and learn for the benefit of the child. I encourage my team to think outside the box and create meaningful experiences that will make a lasting impression on the children.

As a child what did you want to be when you grew up?

I always knew that I wanted to peruse a career in working with children. I was inspired by a primary school teacher who made each day fun and exciting and gave 110% into her role. She made learning fun and engaging as that is what I believe in providing for the children here at Jellybeans Charlottes Vineyard.

What message would you like to tell parents considering your Service?

I would love to meet you and your family to discuss your care requirements and show you around our wonderful Service. I am passionate about our Service and my Educators work hard to create stimulating environments and an engaging, child-led curriculum that we would love to share with all families considering enrolling their child here.
