SPARROW EARLY LEARNING BUDERIM
ABOUT OUR EARLY LEARNING SERVICE
At Sparrow Early Learning Buderim we offer a safe, nurturing and happy environment while delivering educational programs that are stimulating, engaging and enhance children's learning and development. We aim to provide the facilities, resources and learning experiences that meet the diverse range of abilities and interests of all children.
We have 4 Reggio inspired learning spaces. All rooms are air-conditioned and have reverse-cycle heating for the cooler months. Importantly for working families, we offer a Government Approved Kindergarten Program, where existing families have priority access.
We invite your family to take a tour of our Service and where you will meet our friendly, experienced Educators and experience our fun learning environments. We want you to share in our belief of the importance of play and how it influences your child’s learning.
Our Service Manager and Educators are available to discuss the Service's Philosophy and operations, play & learning activities, your child’s progress or queries about your child’s care and education.
Your participation is encouraged as we believe it enhances the opportunities offered to your child.
MEET OUR SERVICE MANAGER
My name is Krystle and I am the proud Service Manager of Sparrow Early Learning Buderim. My husband and I have 2 beautiful children, Ellie and Hunter, who have both attended Sparrow Early Learning Services over the years, with Ellie now at Woombye State School. We are born and bred Sunshine Coast locals and now reside in a little Hinterland Village on the Sunshine Coast called Eudlo.
I started my journey in Early Childhood immediately after school, securing fulltime work as an assistant whilst completing my placement at a service in 2004. I then began studying for my Diploma in 2007 and joined the Kids Plus team – which is now proudly known as Sparrow Early Learning Coolum. I was fortunate enough to be a part of this amazing service for almost 14 years, during this time stepping into the 2IC position to further my career. More recently I had an opportunity to join the Sippy Downs Service for a brief period as the 2IC and Educational Leader, and now Sparrow Early Learning Buderim is my home.
I believe that it is most important to establish genuine and trusting relationships with the children, families and Educators, through communication, hands on support and listening to and understanding the needs of others. I am passionate about the health and wellbeing of others, so this drives my practices in ensuring our families and community around us feel a sense of belonging and at home within the service.
I have already felt such a warm welcome here and I look forward to building on this Community feel during my time here as Service Manager. I look forward to meeting you all very soon.

WAITLIST & ENROLMENT PROCESS
We promote an open door policy where families can visit the centre at any time during operational hours and are offered a walk through and an overview of what we provide and offer as a centre.
Once families have completed a tour they will receive an enrolment pack with all necessary paperwork.
Once enrolled, the orientation process begins.
The orientation process is an arrangement made between families and staff that supports the family's needs.
