Our Service is small, cosy, homely and very welcoming. The children here have access to indoor/outdoor play all day (weather permitting for outdoor play).

We offer a variety of incursions from Happy Feet, Pajama Drama and Yoga Lisa. Occasionally we will have incursions from other business where the children will learn about reptiles and Australian animals. We regularly do excursions around the community including visits to local library.

Our relationships with our families is extremely important and we offer an open door service. Communication between Service Managers, Educators and family are also really important.

All the educators who work here are qualified and regularly attend training to keep our standards high. They are all very friendly, caring, ambitious and motivated people. They love working with children and this is evident through all interactions.

Our on-site cook is a qualified chef. She prepares daily each nutritious, well balanced healthy meal for all of the children catering for all dietary requirements.

We open our doors at 6.30am and close at 6pm.

What is your philosophy about educating children?

The emotional, social and physical development of young children has a direct effect on their overall development and on the adult they will become. Therefore, it is crucial to create caring and supportive environments that promote optimal early childhood development, in turn, promotes children’s chances of achieving the best learning outcomes.

Inspired by Reggio Emilia and Natural and Place Based approaches, I believe that, every behaviour is an attempt to communicate a need and we strive to meet that need to support children’s journeys.

What makes your team/Service special?

Our team of educators are very passionate and enthusiastic about their profession and each child in their care. They are keen and do their best to build positive and nurturing relationships with children.

What message would you like to tell parents considering your Service?

When a child enters our Service, they are cared for as we would care for our own children. We treat all children as the unique individual they are. We value all of our families and their cultures. We encourage our children to be caring and loving of each other and always to be respectful.
