Furthermore, we endeavor to create a welcoming atmosphere when you step into our centre which helps to promote a sense of belonging to our community.
We believe through respectful, nurturing and responsive interactions, children develop a sense of wellbeing, trust and confidence that underpins their ability to learn and develop within our surroundings.
We pride ourselves on having long-standing passionate leaders and educators within our team, well-known within the community.
MEET OUR SERVICE MANAGER
Hello my name is Bec, and I am the Service Manager at Sparrow Early Learning Drouin. I have been actively working in the Early Childhood sector for around 13 years in a variety of roles including Kindergarten Assistant, Lead Educator and Educational Leader. I currently hold my Diploma in Children’s Services, and am looking to begin a degree in social work to compliment my current knowledge and experience.
I am a firm believer in supporting children’s autonomy, and we encourage children to share their thoughts, ideas, knowledge and skills to both enhance and take the lead when it comes to their own learning.
We are a small close knit team and I believe the relationships we form when we welcome your families in to our service is an integral part of childrens development. I support my team to create a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment to ensure you, your children and your extended family feel welcome and included in our community.
