ABOUT OUR EARLY LEARNING SERVICE
Sparrow Early Learning Wyndham Waters is situated in Williams Landing, Victoria. We have been operating for 10 years. We are an 80 place centre with four different play rooms for children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years.
If your child has any food allergies you can talk to our cook anytime to come up with alternative meal options.
All rooms have quiet areas for children to rest at any time of day.
Our Educators use the Early Years Learning Framework to guide their educational programs. We have individual learning portfolios that parents and families can access at any time.
MEET OUR SERVICE MANAGER
Hello, My name is Elena and I am the Service Manager at Sparrow Early Learning Wyndham Waters. I have been working in the Early Childhood sector for 7 years and currently hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education. During this time, I have worked with all age groups and in many different roles including as a Room Leader, Assistant Director and Service Manager.
I believe that working with children is a very important job, as children hold our future. Children are able to reinvent our world and find new solutions to old problems if we provide meaningful interactions fostered with love and care. Families play a vital role in their children’s development so that is why we make sure we build collaborative relationships with our families, invite them to share their views and cultural heritage with the centre.
What I like about working for Sparrow Early Learning is that all centres are united through the core values, however they are all unique and represent the community they are part of. We are quite responsive to parents needs and have a very supportive environment for employees too.

WAITLIST & ENROLMENT PROCESS
We promote an open door policy where families can visit the centre at any time during operational hours and are offered a walk through and an overview of what we provide and offer as a centre.
Once families have completed a tour they will receive an enrolment pack with all necessary paperwork.
Once enrolled, the orientation process begins.
The orientation process is an arrangement made between families and staff that supports the family's needs.
