MEET OUR SERVICE MANAGER

Hi, my name is Nicole and I am the Service Manager at Sparrow Early Learning Manor Lakes. I started at the Manor Lakes Service in late April 2019. The opportunity has been amazing, the team environment is fun and friendly, and building strong relationships with the families has been very organic.

I have 8 years experience in the Early Childhood industry, where I spent 7 years at my previous service which was also a Sparrow service. In my previous roles I have been a Lead Educator, Educational Leader and Assistant Director.

My passion is providing children with a safe and nurturing environment, somewhere children can freely explore, create and learn based on their individual interests. The early years of a child’s life are extremely important, and I feel having an impact on each child’s journey is wonderfully rewarding.
