MEET OUR SERVICE MANAGER
My name is Toni and I have over 12 years’ experience in the Early Childhood education and care sector. I hold my diploma of children’s services and have been in management for around five years.
I am most passionate about children and families, as well as staff, having a sense of belonging at the service they attend. The service is like a second home for us all and its important that we are all comfortable and feel acceptance in the small community that is the service. I pride myself and my team on respecting every person and showing no bias regardless of their cultural, social, religious background, we all belong, and we all have the right to be respected as individuals.
Children who have that sense of belonging and are comfortable in their environments will then go on to learn with their peers and teachers, happy children mean happy families and that’s our vision.
Here at Manor Lakes we welcome families with a strong orientation process so that once your child commences care relationships have already been established and that sense of belonging is already there.
