MEET OUR SERVICE MANAGER
My name is Emily and I am the Service Manager here at Sparrow Early Learning Manor Lakes. I have been with Sparrow since 2015. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and currently completing the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education degree. I have made a conscious effort in my Early Childhood Education career to work in all roles within a Service from Co Educator, Room Leader, Assistant Manager and Educational Leader to now Service Manager. All of this experience has helped shape me as a Leader and mentor for my Team.
It is my pleasure to welcome you to our Early Learning Centre where the primary focus is on our children, families and community. I am most passionate about providing the best quality of education and care for children of all ages from infants through to Kindergarten. I view all children as capable learners. That it is up to us to foster their natural curiosity by extending on individual’s thinking and interests and providing challenges to inspire all children.
I pride myself and my team on respecting every person and showing no bias regardless of their cultural, social, religious background, we all belong, and we all have the right to be respected as individuals. Children who have that sense of belonging and are comfortable in their environments will then go on to learn with their peers and teachers, happy children mean happy families and that’s our vision.
From our dedicated Team here at Sparrow Early Learning Manor Lakes we look forward to building strong relationships with your family and being a part of their learning journey.

WAITLIST & ENROLMENT PROCESS
We promote an open-door policy where families can visit the centre at any time during operational hours and are offered a walk through and an overview of what we provide and offer as a centre.
Once families have completed a tour they will receive an enrolment pack with all necessary paperwork.
Once enrolled, the orientation process begins.
The orientation process is an arrangement made between families and staff that supports the family’s needs.
