MEET OUR SERVICE MANAGER
My name is Pratiksha Shetty. I am relatively new to the Service Manager role with a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. I have a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with my career spanning across Teaching, Sales, Marketing, Administrative, Tax, Accounting and Early Childhood Education and Care.
To Sparrow, I bring my treasure of a strong academic background coupled with over 10 years of administrative experience as a Chief Operating Officer across an Income Tax and Accounting CPA firm in United States of America. My leadership strengths stem from my roles and experiences across the continents of Asia, America and Australia. Though very patient, I am very passionate about quality service and hold high standards and expectations for myself and the team I lead.
My core message is to remind all adults that “Childhood doesn’t last forever. Let children be children! Let us be there to make their childhood memories the happiest and guide them to be the best they can be”
I am a strong believer and an advocate of a child's rights and respect.
I invite you to visit our Saltwater Sparrow centre to experience for yourself our festive, warm and welcoming hospitality!

WAITLIST & ENROLMENT PROCESS
We promote an open door policy where families can visit the centre at any time during operational hours and are offered a walk through and an overview of what we provide and offer as a centre.
Once families have completed a tour they will receive an enrolment pack with all necessary paperwork.
Once enrolled, the orientation process begins.
The orientation process is an arrangement made between families and staff that supports the family's needs.
