Sparrow Early Learning Coolum is a 90-place purpose built centre located opposite the local school in the beachside community of Coolum Beach. The service has well-resourced indoor and outdoor play spaces.
We offer high quality learning programs for children aged 6 weeks to
5 years with highly qualified and experienced educators.
Children are our focus. We are committed to guiding and encouraging e
ach child though their early years to have unique and meaningful experiences.
We have strong genuine relationships with our families and the community and pride ourselves on having long term families.
MEET OUR SERVICE MANAGER
Hi my name is Kym I am the Service Manager for Sparrow Early Learning Coolum.
I have worked in the early learning sector for over 20 years in various roles across this time from Room Assistant to Service Manager, to Area Manager. I have been the Service Manager for Kids Plus Coolum for the last 13 years
I am a Mum myself and I have 2 children aged 19 and 16 years.
I have my Advance Diploma in Children’s Services and am enrolled in a Bachelor of Early Childhood as well. I am very passionate about providing high quality care to children and families, and ensuring that families are supported in the child’s journey through the service. I have a strong belief facilitating meaningful nature play experiences for our community. I love to inspire, nurture and grow the educators in our team to ensure our families and children have the best possible start to their education journey.

WAITLIST & ENROLMENT PROCESS
We promote an open door policy where families can visit the centre at any time during operational hours and are offered a walk through and an overview of what we provide and offer as a centre.
Once families have completed a tour they will receive an enrolment pack with all necessary paperwork.
Once enrolled, the orientation process begins.
The orientation process is an arrangement made between families and staff that supports the family's needs.
