Hello my name is Cassandra (Cassie) Wethling and I am the service manager of Baxter Childcare Centre. I am also a mum to two beautiful boys.

I have 8 years experience in Early Childhood Education and hold my Diploma in Children’s Services.

Working with children is my passion. I believe that every child is unique.

I work together with my team to establish an environment that is safe, secure, homely, calm and nurturing. This ensures that the children in my care feel a sense of trust, warmth and comfort. I aim to ensure all children are cared for like they are my own. I lead by example and aim to learn and improve each and every day.

I believe in working in partnership with families. I welcome their feedback, participation and the sharing of ideas as an essential avenue for encouraging their involvement and of evaluating the centre's performance in regards to ensuring best practices and continual improvement.

My aim for Baxter Childcare Centre is to provide the highest quality care, enhance current practices ensuring the educators meet the child’s needs, family’s needs and expectations and to maintain a strong reputation within the community.

Our team here at Baxter Childcare Centre look forward to welcoming you to our homely environment.
